Danny Ellis

Danny Ellis has been qualified as a Personal trainer and fitness coach for the last 15 years. His speciality is training Boxing athletes and Football players. He has been lead trainer at a number of clubs for the last 7 years. His wealth of knowledge and experience has seen both Gillingham and Stevenage gain promotion, with a final play off at Wembley stadium. He has also worked with Grays Athletic and has worked with Barnet. Danny has been a professional boxer and soon moved into endurance and triathlon races. At his peak, he successfully completed the Lanzarote Iron Man. This race is considered amongst competitors, to be the toughest triathlon in the world.The 1-2-1 Fitness suite was setup by Danny and has gone from strength to strength. It is a open plan studio, dedicated to personal training and a range of other services.

Brad Gilling

Larry2 Qualified personal trainer, Brad has been in the industry for past 18 months and has studied sport science for the past 4 years. He has worked with stronger fitter faster running boot camps and full body conditioning. Bradley has played football at a competitive level and also loves taking part in all different types of sports. He specialises in weight loss training, circuit training and full body conditioning. He is available for personal training consultations and offers advice on nutrition.

Lewis Perkins

lew head shot Lewis is a qualified personal trainer who has been playing football at a competitive level from a very young age. As a graduate of the Charlton Athletic Academy, Lewis became a young professional at the club and his since then applied his trade at a number of non-league clubs. He specialises in full body conditioning and weight loss management, offering sound advice on nutrition. Lewis is available for a consultation.

 

Rosey Sullivan

Rosey

Rosey is a graduate Sports Therapist and a qualified Personal Trainer who has played football at a competitive level from a young age. She played for Leyton Orient Girls Centre of Excellence Academy, and at 16, moved to West Ham Ladies FC to play first team football. Rosey is currently playing for Charlton Athletic Ladies. She specialises in strength and conditioning, fat loss and sports massage.
