These circuits are run by our in house personal trainers, Danny Ellis, Lewis Perkins, Bradley Gilling and Rosey Sullivan. 1-2-1′s circuits are renowned for their fun and funky music mixes, high tempo full body exercises and excellent calorie burn.

The circuits have been going strong for over 10 years, they are very popular with those looking to improve their fitness, lose weight and tone up.  The sessions include a blend of cardiovascular, free weights and boxing to give you the ultimate all body workout! All levels of fitness are welcome and will be able to see huge improvements across the board in weeks! 1-2-1 Urban Fitness Summer Boot camps 

1-2-1 Urban Fitness boot camps are designed to be challenging and enjoyable. We use a mix of circuit, boxing and cardiovascular training to create a fun and effective training environment. We do not believe in forcing our clients to do exercises that they don’t want to do. Although we will encourage you to train outside of your comfort zone, this will take your training intensity to a whole new level. Our expertise in boot camp training will guarantee that you are burning calories and toning muscles! The Boot camps accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced trainers. We always have a minimum of two Boot camp coaches on our camps, this allows everyone to experience hands on, quality coaching.
