What is sports massage?


Sports massage is the treatment of soft tissue to break down muscle tension and adhesion’s, promoting the healing process and restoring full functionality to the muscles. Regular massage treatments are important in maintaining healthy muscles and the prevention of injuries by keeping the muscles free of tension between training sessions and competitions.


You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from a sports massage.


It can be used for the benefit of all sports and exercise participants from elite athletes to those of a less sporty persuasion as it focuses on the individual needs of the client.
